Video Card Crashing 100% of the time (nvidia) once I got to Act V

Beginning once I got to Act 5, I get a crash anywhere from 30 seconds to 5 minutes in. Not just any crash, but my video card is somehow being shut down to zero output. No other games do this, and I'm about at my wit's end.

Basic Specs:
AMD Ryzen 3700X (stock speeds)
Zotac RTX2070 Super (stock speeds)
16 GB DDR4 3200 RAM
Samsung M.2 SSD

First thing I did, updated my drivers.
Next, re-installing the game from scratch.
Updated my mb's bios, because, maybe.
Following much troubleshooting, reinstalled windows, went offline, used DDU to remove drivers, and installed nvidia drivers.
Attempted doing other things like turning on v-sync, basically anything anyone said "might" work...

In the middle there, I tried some of the directx/vulcan "hacks" that people had said worked, no dice reverted that before I re-installed the game.

Temps immediately after closing, highest I saw was 64C for GPU (70C for CPU)

Hopefully this helps, but I'm sitting this out one out for a bit... Getting a few minutes in, max, before a crash isn't gonna do it for me :(

Hoping there's someone else out there with the same issue that doesn't have a 5700xt... No idea what to do at this point :(
Since last Patch I have a very similar problem.
After 30s-5min into the game, the game just crashes to Desktop with oftentimes different exception errors. The only common thing I figured out was that my GTX560 SE 1,5 GB Video Ram were always full at the moment of the crash.
I do not want to believe that a patch just made the game unplayable even tho I played quite a lot in the past without game crashing issues like that. Stuttering and Laggs yes but never those instant crashed with FPS drops from 60 to 5 to 0 in just 1-2 seconds.
If anyone has a clue what to change besides getting different hardware besides the usual graphics option tweaking - at this point I reinstalled it 3 times and am desperate.
What drivers pack are you using --> Nvidia or Zotac?
If your are using nVidia then close Experiance before opening PoE.
If you are using Zotac and they have programs like MSI afterbuner, then close that before starting PoE.
Hi all, got the same problem here. Absolutely infuriating. My card is gtx 1050 ti on laptop and basically not so good parameters like OP have but still I was playing many leagues on this laptop just fine. Temp rises even to 80 degrees. GGG pls help
I'm counting all the killers
