Trade notification API Block account

Can we block a specific account from showing items in out searches on the Path of Exile trade site? I've got a live search set up for an item and this jerk is trolling, just spamming his item. Every time he uses an orb of fusing on it, it refreshes in the trade site. My live search has over 50 hits in 5 minutes, all the same item. I had to turn it off or mute it which defeats the purpose of it. If we could either block someone's trade from showing up on our search, of if there was some sort of delay for the same item from the same account refreshing on trade tab like that, it'd be helpful.
