I hit this same issue, I have attempted a work around that seems to have worked for me. I did two things and like a fool I did both at the same time so I dont know which worked.
Try using '/recheck_achievements' I also ran an 'Arcade' T3 map. I think the command is what fixed it and is what my buddy suggested trying. But I was also running a map that triggered a watchtower so it may have been either or both... This is an issue, but I think i have worked around it. |

I just fix my problem by back to my first character, go a map tier 3-5, kill boss a meet Zana.
