[FORUM FEATURE] upvote/downvote

I think the forum could benefit from the upvote/downvote mechanism (like on http://stackoverflow.com/). It is a quick way of showing approval or disapproval for a statement or a suggestion, and this would save thousands of posts of "+1"

+1 on this, i hate seeing pages and pages of +1, but that's the only way people can pitch in approval/disaproval wise, without adding a wall of text comment
