Xbox - Can’t open door in Caverns right by waypoint during a practice run

Was doing a quick run before league next week, I can’t open the door in act 2 Caverns right by the waypoint. I tried a whole bunch of things and it still will not accept the Input to open.

I was on Xbox and on Wash DC server at 7pm EST.

Hope this helps and gets fixed before next Monday.

lol... you didn't kill/help all the bandits. until you do that (make sure to get the apex), it will stay shut. it's not a glitch, it's just you. You can check the quest log as well.
