Occultist | Voltaxic Rift + Arc/Spark build

I am currently working on a Voltaxic Rift Shock build with Arc or Spark as the damage dealing skill... Damage is decent with 1 million Shaper DPS with all buffs and curses up. It has pretty low HP though and I feel like we are still not utilizing Occultist's full potential.

I would be glad for any help, opinions and ideas you can offer, I will work on the build throughout the start of the Metamorph league.
