Choose a build

Hi, im a french PoE beginner !

I'm looking for a build to pick for 3.9

I have play a cyclone champion on 3.3 (that was cool, my best character)
and lignting trap saboteur on 3.7 (trap mechanic was cool but i was too squishy and die from boss spell in map everytime..)


So could you guys advise me for some easy and cheap builds to chill with please ? (something else than cyclone)

You can play most anything if you follow a guide.

If you were disappointed with how much your trapper died, Champion, Gladiator, and Juggernaut are pretty tanky.

Since they are buffing bows, Champion is probably the best of the 3 for bows. Spend 4 ascendancy points to get 'you have fortify', and spend your other 4 points anywhere you like. Pick a bow skill that looks fun and go for it.

If you're going to use all of the 'Impale' synergies, pick a bow skill that doesn't convert part of its damage to an element. Pick something like Rain of Arrows. Otherwise you can do anything.

The good part about bows is that you can 6L your armor and bow, so you can play something like Lightning arrow with Greater Multiple Projectiles to clear white/blue monsters, and use Shrapnel Ballistia or some other ranged attack totem which will help you with single target bosses, rares, and uniques like the Betrayal Syndicate.

Mines, Totems, or Golems. Absolutely shit stomp everything while blindfolded with very little investment.

i would suggest necro also arc got a buff so might be worthy to play arc trapper. i know i would make both of those builds in 3.9 myself :)

also ssf friendly so no real need to trade which makes it easier :)

Hmmm... I love the Lightning Arrow sound effects and haven't played any bow build in quite a while so maybe LA... decisions, decisions.
