3.9 Ranger Build for a Noob/Newb

Coming in to 3.8 very late I almost made it to endgame with a very good Ice Shot Deadeye I got offline to great effect; at least to melt through Act 10. I did also use some Blast Rain, Mirage and Tornado for fun.

With Tornado Shot nerfed and the apparent buff to other skills, what are some of the best league starter ranger builds for an old person like me to have some fun at end game? Thanks.
