Cannot complete A Swig of Hope (Act 3)

I completed the Act 1 Quest and delivered the Allflame to Fairfax and then killed him and was rewarded accordingly.

In Act 3 I have aquired the Decanter Spiritus and Chitus; Plum.
Initially is said go to the docks.
I could not find anything there...
Now it says that I should go back to Fairfax.
When I go back and see him, no new dialog options are available.

Am I missing something or is this a bug?

fairGRAVES is in a3 docks as well. right beside the waypoint.

thats really odd, cause usually when you do the quest in a1 (give him allfalme, kill him) hes gone and you cant encounter him in the ship graveyard anymore... no idea tbh, maybe another one can make sense out of this.

Can you post a screenshot of the Fairgraves dialog you see in act 1? I’m thinking you aren’t talking to the right guy.
