In 3.9.0, maps can have Vaal side areas

Yea I mean its obvious this was in development before that thread that I linked my post.

I find it very interesting that Ben appears to not have known this was a thing based on his posts. I wonder why that would even be the case? It's odd, but super cool this is coming.
