It would be possible by combining other types of oils to form golden oil ?

If You meant this, You can use 3:1 receipe for oils as well, like 3 silver = 1 golden already.
All-time non-streamer luckless dropless rewardless tons-of-time-playing non-TFT-er 100% solo player.
So, it just turns out, we were lied to for years with the promises of a two-storied one PoE 4.0. All these worse and worse beta leagues, all these braindead changes, all lead to this. |

Also, you should know that the higher oils are limited to only dropping in high monster level areas.
I've heard you have to be in Tier 13+ to see the 3 rarest oils, but can't confirm this because I've yet to see anything above Black drop despite playing a half dozen builds all the way through Shaper this league. RNG gated league content is the best league content, amirite? |

I had a golden oil drop from a level 11 blight map.

" You can get opalescent/black in late yellow maps. Silver though you need red map, t13+ might be for gold only, not sure. SSF is not and will never be a standard for balance, it is not for people entitled to getting more without trading.
