3.8 chaos occultist profane bloom/herald of ash question

Hey guys after watching mbXtreme occultist bane pop https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ay3Q1ArSTA4 i have some questions for you.

Would an occultist soulrend with a ring or glove that have curse ennemies with lvl x despair on hit to proc profane bloom that proc herald of ash work?

with the dualwielding obliteration (unique wand) that can be switch to multimod chaos wand for bossing (i know that bow +lvl gems are optimal but i don't want to use them) ?
