Leper's Alms removes self-chill from Golden rule/Icefang orbit

Self-Chill has been removed by Lepers alms

Shared suffering causes the self chill to be removed

However, the wording on icefang orbit indicates that i should never be able to be unchilled, as long as i'm poisoned

Now i'm missing my 10% action speed :(

From the wiki page on Leper's Alms

"

Shared Suffering: All Damage from (your) Hits will cause Elemental Ailments you are suffering. Elemental Ailments you inflict are removed from you.

This might be unintended, as there are not many items that give you the chance to remove chill without immunity. What might be happening, as you get poisoned the first time, you get chilled, the next hit it is removed by Leper's Alms but as you are already poisoned another stack it added and does not trigger the Icefang Orbit ring, as this is not a different poison event from the first one and thus does not reapply the chill.
It might be a matter of order, it might trigger the Icefang orbit giving you chill on hit(when a new instance of poison if created), which then triggers the Alms removing the chill on the same hit.
