+2 to Level of Socketed Minion Gems - Gloves and Boots

Hi, could someone please tell me how to get this mod? I'm guessing fossils, but can't seem to find much info on it.

They drop a lot.
Usually 8+ items per node. I used a load of fossils on my boots and only ever got +1 spectre gem level. so no idea if you can get the +2 minions that way, which is what i was after | |

You can't get +level of socketed Minion gems on gloves or boots. That mod only appears on helmets, and it doesn't require a Bound Fossil to roll, although that does make it more likely to appear.
