Can we get a blizzard like spell?

I think it would be cool if we could get a skill that is like the sorc spell from diablo 2, frozen orb would be really awesome too.

Yeah, i know about that staff. i mean an actual skill you can slot into gear. also frozen orb would be nice to see in poe, my mind is already running wild thinking about builds lol.
