Probably old question, are auto flask macros ok?

I've had some people recommend to me of getting a auto-flask macro. I have looked for any information that tells me that this is allowed or not allowed but have found little but players opinions. Does anyone know if GGG ever said one way or another anything on auto-flask macros?

" Are you sure about that? Depends on what you call endgame, but I know at least one player who's done everything except Überelder and Überatziri who does not use a flask macro. I guess there are some more. Bird lover of Wraeclast

I am going to assume that each of you have made statements that are to the best of your knowledge that are honest, accurate, and correct. But you are making my point. I can not find a post or statement from GGG about auto-flask macros one way or another. There are lots of arguments for and against the macros by players, but only GGG can speak with authority on what offends their idea of fair play.
