3.8 CwC Cyclone / Shock Nova

Have anyone tried/seen a build using Cast While Channelling with Cyclone (since they made cyclone a channelling skill in 3.7)?

i have been trying to make one casting shock nova and i could use some suggestions (even those who say that would suck, if you tell why you think that)

So far im using an old level 90 ele witch i made in torment with some gear i had in my stash
