Quiver
Voidfletcher is the core item for this build. Next upgrade would be Bow attacks fire an additional projectile but it's super expensive and not mandatory.

We look for a rare helmet with life and resists. We can craft our helmet for better mods. Body Armour
Hyrri's Ire is my prefer armour for this build because it gives us lot of damage and some good defensive stats. You can take a rare body armour with life and some resists, then some evasion rating and defensive stats.
Gloves

Boots

Amulet
Look for a rare amulet. This will be our main source of picking attributes. Look for high intelligence and strength, then go for life and resists. Mark of the Elder is BiS to boost our damage if our other ring is shaper base.
Ring 2
We look for a shaped rare ring to get the damage buff from Mark of the Elder. Low Budget: Stats we look for: Maximum Life Elemental Resistances Strength (if needed) Intelligence (if needed) High Budget: Stats we look for: Maximum Life Elemental Resistances Cold Damage to Attacks Strength (if needed) Intelligence (if needed)
Belt
We look for a rare belt with life, resists and if you needed you can get strength. Low Budget Stats we look for: Maximum life Elemental Resistances Strength (if needed) High Budget Look for a stygian belt for more damage and life. Stats we look for: Maximum life Elemental Resistances Elemental Damage with Attack Skills
Flasks
Magic flasks we look for: Life Flask (Divine or Catalysed, your choice) Diamond Flask Quicksilver Flask Stats we look in our magic flaks: Immune to Bleeding (of Staunching) Immune to Curses (of Warding) Immune to Freeze and Chill (of Heat) Unique flasks: Dying Sun is mandatory, giving us damage and the 2 additional projectiles Cinderswallow Urn. Try to look for crafted critical strike chance, but it's not cheap.
Jewels
We look for rare jewels that give us some life and some damage. Low Budget: Stats we look for: Abyss Jewel: Maximum Life Cold damage to attacks Normal Jewel: #% Increased Maximum Life #% Cold Damage High Budget: Stats we look for: Maximum Life Cold damage to attacks Chance to gain onslaught on kill Watcher's Eye Watcher's eye will give us a good boost of damage. If you can afford, take one with at least 1 of the following mods: +#% to Critical Strike Chance while affected by Hatred Adds # to # cold damage to attacks while affected by Hatred Damage penetrated #% of cold resistance while affected by Hatred If you can get a Watcher's Eye with 2 mods or even 3 it's gg.

Single Target Setup (6L): Barrage - Added Cold Damage - Cold Penetration - Elemental Focus - Elemental Damage With Attacks - Hypothermia If you're using a 5L instead of 6L, drop Hypothermia. Socketed in Weapon. ______________________________________________________________________ Clear Setup (6L): Ice Shot - Increased Critical Strikes - Greater Multiple Projectiles - Mirage Archer - Elemental Damage With Attacks - Chain If you're using a 5L instead of 6L, drop Chain. Socketed in Body Armour. ______________________________________________________________________ Herald of Ice Setup (4L): Herald of Ice - Poacher's Mark - Curse on Hit - Portal You can replace Poacher's Mark for another curse you prefer, but i personally think this is the best for this build. If you don't like using Portal you can use any other gem you prefer. Socketed in Gloves ______________________________________________________________________ Utility Setup (4L): Blood rage - Frost Bomb - Increased Duration - Dash I use Dash because I feel faster than Blink Arrow but if you can use any Movement Skill you want. Socketed in Boots ______________________________________________________________________ Defensive Setup (4L): Steelskin (LVL 11) - Cast When Damage Taken (LVL3) - Increased Duration - Hatred You can swap Steelskin for another defensive gem you prefer.
