Login error: operation timed out

Got kicked out from the map after finishing CT with a full party, can't log in anymore.

Same for every server.

Sometimes I get to char selection and then I get a different error:
Abnormal Disconnection
The operation timed out

Another possible error:
Disconnected
This operation requires the account to be logged in.

Seems like both stand-alone client and Steam client users are affected.
