Shaped Alleyways.

So im doing shaped alleyways, i've uncompleted my T7's and T8's and im using 3 sextants but im still not getting maps sometimes? I know people that get 3-4 per map. Anything im doing wrong?

Not really, just bad RNG I suppose.

Ideally you'd want to seal all t9 maps as well to remove the odd +2 tier map Boss drop from the drop table.

What do you mean?

Your Alleyways boss can drop maps two tiers above t7. So if you have tier 9 maps unlocked expect the boss to drop the odd tier 9 map. If all tier 9 maps are sealed this cannot happen. Any t9 map the boss can potentially drop will be downgraded to tier 7 Shaped Alleyways.

yeah, but the effect is questionable. Boss does not drop +2 map very often and by removing all t9s you lose part of the atlas bonus

Your Atlas bonus should be well in excess of 100% still (unless you have another shaped map of a higher tier you want to sustain) which is all you need for your purpose.

And yes, it may be only every 8 or 10 maps that you drop a +2 map at the boss but still, if you only care for Shaped Alleyways maps then you might as well seal those t9 maps.
