Hello,
That is not a Blight unique used, that is just a new unique ring introduced with this patch. For the challenge, You need one of the Blight specific unique items which can be annointed with a notable (not like just adding a tower enhancement to a ring). These uniques are: Breathstealer, Cowl of the Ceraunophile, Cowl of the Cryophile, Cowl of the Thermophile, The Stampede and Sporeguard. All-time non-streamer luckless dropless rewardless tons-of-time-playing non-TFT-er 100% solo player. So, it just turns out, we were lied to for years with the promises of a two-storied one PoE 4.0.
