Theres any reason to go over 75 on resists?

Over capped resists are useful when you are cursed with a curse that reduces your resistance(s).

Having overcapped resists could be useful when you run a map with Elemental Weakness mod. About 30 or 40 over the cap should be enough. Raising them higher is useless unless you're using a unique that specifically work with uncapped resists, such as The Formless Inferno.

Unless I'm hardly mistaking, the ele weakness cures applied via red map mod is a lvl 15 curse, e.g. -34% ele res. Because of this it's interestingt to aim for 109% ele res.
For chaos 75% should be enough, since I don't know about global mods that lowers this. You say Prison Cell, I hear 'Holiday'.
