Skill not showing up when I equip gem?

Maybe I'm missing something really basic, but when I equip the "Rain of Arrows" gem to my level 34 Ranger, the skill doesn't appear in any skill slot, even when I empty all gems from my other items.
What am I doing wrong? Thanks! |

Just click the slot you want it in? :P It'll bring up a little menu that should let you select Rain of Arrows.
