Champion's Conqueror node not working with Mines

Hello, Conqueror works with Totems but doesn't seem to work with Mines. No taunt is applied, which makes the entire Worthy Foe branch useless.

Taunt persist on a target only until taunter stays alive.
Mines getting destroyed after trigger so taunt only applies for a tiny fraction of second.

This is not a bug. Taunt mechanics means there is a taunted enemy and someone who has become a target of the enemy.
Problem: impostor syndrome
Solution: nerf everything
Result: depressing mess

Totems can definitely Taunt. Just splash Siege Ballista onto a Champion with the node and you see it procs.

I think it might be a bug that the taunt debuff is not persisting for the 3s duration. I can see there not being a target for the taunt but the debuff part of it should still be working.

Okay it actually works. The debuff icon does not persist but the change to damage does after testing in PvP.
