Flask effect is removed at full life

So I don't understand the wording on the new flask mod below. It says flask effect is not removed on full mana. However when my life globe is full the life recovery portion stops working even though the flask still is active (and mana is full). Is the life recovery not a flask effect?

I was using this flask for a while but without the life recovery it's not really worth it. If you have a build that is constantly topping up your life, the life recovery portion of the flask is almost never up because it stops working if you reach max life at any point whilst the flask is up.

From the wiki:

Flask effects are temporary effects that are granted while drinking a flask. This include implicit modifiers on utility flasks, certain flask suffixes and modifiers on unique flasks, but doesn't include life or mana recovery.

Life and mana recovery are not 'flask effects' so they will still stop at full mana/life. Your immunity to curses will not.

Well that sucks. I thought that at least the mana recovery kept working throughout the duration but didn't test it. Dropped that flask already though. Easier just to avoid mana and go with
You should give it a try with Mana and make the test. Based on GGGs comments on that topic in the Development Manifesto for Blight I would also assume that the Mana regen stays in effect after reaching full mana. So if you reach full mana somewhere during flask duration and then spend mana he should start refilling again.
I use an enduring mana flask and it will continually top me off if i use/lose more mana after reaching full.
test it and see if it works for hybrids.
