Where to find the bear that gives endurance charges as a spectre?

I've read in a few places that there is a bear enemy that I can summon as spectre that will give my minions endurance charges. I've already got the carnage chieftain and host chieftain for their frenzy and power charges respectively. Just want to know where to find that eneemny that gives the endurance charges now.
