Izaro lieutenants question

Wanted to farm uberlab a bit. But read on the poelab site that lieutenants can cast a reflect aura. I didn't notice it before when farming uberlab and thought that lieutenants is one of the easiest encounters. But now I'm a bit scary of them cause I play HC and don't want to die. Though I didn't find the proof of a possibility of the reflection aura casted by lieutenants. Is that true at all?

The cold lieutenant can cast a reflect aura that lasts for a few seconds.

Its pretty obvious when he does it, so just stay close enough to see him and attack slowly when no aura is up.
