Possible solution to performance problems 3.8 that was not in 3.7 (at least notebook)

I make this post because I think it can help a lot of people.

First of all I would like to say that English is not my mother tongue, so I probably make mistakes, I will also not spend so much time
to correct it and to be able to publish it as soon as possible, so it will also be short but efficient.

oh windows is in spanish but anyway the photos are highlighted step by step

Until 3.7 I had no performance problems and the poe in config showed me my integrated board (intel) but used the dedicated one (nvdia)
but in 3.8 for some reason I stop using the dedicated one and have to configure it manually.

solution:

There is a possibility that you do not find the file at this point, in that case you have to create it manually. (then I'll add how to do it)

It is a stupid solution to a stupid problem. I know, save your shitty comments
:D

THANK YOU!

*Edit: This worked for me, but periodically the game will revert back to the wrong graphics processor for a short period of time before fixing itself. Not sure what is going on there.

If you are not seeing the poe64.exe option, just enter the path manually.

Copy it from its location, and paste the path in the scroll next to add button.

I had the same problem, but copying it manually works for me.
