Corpse Pact + Shock/Chill Effect - Do they work together?

Hey guys.

Corpse Pact makes it so enemies near your corpses have shock and chill.

Would things that give global "Effect of Shock/Chill" enhance this chill and shock from the Corpse Pact Node?

Wonder if anyone had a good way of testing this. Maybe with some massive chill effect before/after looks. Idk.
