Unable to Complete Blighted Map

After completing the timer and finishing the cleanup, several mobs appeared to be perma-stunned and could not be targeted or damaged. Therefore I was unable to complete the map. I was able to open all blight cysts and sacks and other grossly named containers but never got the loot-splosion from the pump. I tried logging out, changing minions, changing towers, etc., and nothing worked. Very disappointing.
