Acc Hacked, Email Changed, no realy help yet, What is the problem?

first of all i wanna thank you to all of you for doing this great work since the last years. Iam a big fan of GGG and i never had any problems... since now and that makes me a bit salty... So here is the problem: My main ACC got hacked and the EMail adress got changed... (yes my mail adress got also hacked) so the result is, that my Account is stolen. I wrote an email to the support team on 6.9.2019 and i got an answer a few hours later (i was very happy because it was about 2 hours before the league starts). Since i´ve got the first mail i answer a lot of questions about my ACC but still i haven´t my ACC back. I got no answer on my questions in the tickets nothing. For now there are like ~10 Mails where i have to answer the Questions of the support guys. I understand that all a little bussy for the league start etc. And i don´t care about any items on my ACC, but over the last years i supportet you guys for about 1000 dollars+ supporter pack´s (yeah because i can and you deserves it)and for now i need your help :-( So is there a chance to getting back my ACC in any way? " Sure you will get your account back when GGG is sure that you are who you claim to be. Like you said, you have spent $1000+ on the account so GGG want to be sure that they give access to it to the right person. Sadly the procedure is several e-mails with questions that have to be answered correctly. Also when this then happens when Blight starts, the process gets even more slow because GGG gets swaped by tickets. |

so support done the initial security questions then placed you in the queue for problems like your (requires a lot more support time and verifying shit)
That queue is unfortunately large and will remain so for a good while because, 1. there are only 18 support staff total (since the last count about a year ago) not all of which will be in the office since they have 24/7 coverage and of those not all of them will be handling account security issues, while this normally isn't an issue it is at the start of leagues 2. because it IS the start of a league there are a shit ton of people trying to log in and some of them like you have been hacked, some have lost access to their email account (there are a lot more issues the deal with) this coupled with the small support staffing results in a queue usually over 1000 with hundreds more per day being added. You can't speed the process up, you just need to wait, if you try emailing them it results in the ticket being removed from the queue, updated and placed in the queue at the back each time you try to bump the ticket. Also just to add, this isn't early 90s, accounts don't get ''hacked'' they get stolen either by a lucky guess of a password which means it was most likely password123 or some such, or a keylogger which is the most likely culprit, in which case before logging into any account, you might really really want to do a thorough scan of your system, or even better yet what i would do, is just wipe drives clean and do a fresh OS install.
But again i feel like i must repeat my self - accounts don't get hacked.ever.in any circumstance, it's inefficient, time consuming, and in most cases damn near impossible. So unless you are the queen of England and your account is somehow made out of blue diamonds and is worth millions, nobody won't even consider actually hacking it. No rest for the wicked.
