error exception cannot create thread

every map I make or any act whenever I click on the portal to go to the city or my hideout I always get this ... and when I click ok the game closes ... and I have problems also the game closing alone and giving no answer, I've done everything delete the game I deleted everything left zero and installed / downloaded again and nothing worked ... was playing legion and never gave this problem ... but in update 3.8 this is happening I do not know what I do anymore. ..then I took my directx I deleted the files and installed direct x again but the msm error continues..I believe it is from PoE

- Map message
- 2d texture message

There is nothing useful in the client log:
