1 HP 120 ES Builds in POE Ninja

Hi all!
in POE Ninja Builds I noticed that many Builds for the deepest solo delve have 1 HP and ~120 ES. Can anyone explain to me how that work? I have looked into the inventory but don't see any heavy Conversion going on. Or do they do so much damage off Screen that they survive by not getting hit at all? But in that case why CI? Sorry it's in Legion. And it's not the build from Youtube. Don't have the Equipment.

Most of The deep delve builds in Softcore rely on killing the mobs before they can kill you.
In that depths anything that does dmg to you , will oneshot you , even with ~30k+ Es (Thats what heard from a Streamer/Top 10 delve ranglist - Crouching_Tuna) They want to gain as much damage as possible.
