Section of a map [almost] inaccessible.

During my search for the third Syndicate encounter - which probably was just the recently manifested "Syndicate Encounters not spawning sometimes" bug - I discovered a small section that was inaccessible without using Lightning Warp diagonally, i.e. a long-range movement skill (my usual Leap Slam wasn't enough). It even had a few monster spawns (those hanging off the railings in Relic Chambers map). Notably, that section was near a Syndicate Fortification area, the edge of which is where I could access said section from.
