Any skills banned? Also, is templar laboratory and similar zones banned? (meaning abuses like https://www.reddit.com/r/pathofexile/comments/9xo4uf/no_stash_btw/ )

I can not check it neither way what players do...but i assume that there are more mature players here (@ privat leagues; at least this was the case in my last private league).
