Chances opening Stacked Deck to get valuable cards, does it :

-need open it in specific tier of map?
-need player's IIQ or need party high IIQ?

Nope. It's its own thing.

they made stacked deck pretty common this league so it basically doesn't give good rewards anymore like always :p

they were great when first added and some people will get a doctor out or w/e but just like the void your chances are pretty much zero.

Sell them... you won't win in the long run and they're super overvalued
