Hello everyone, can someone please explain this game of jun for me, i can not begin to fathom what to do and what the point of all of it is, i execute who i can and bargain with the rest but i don't understand, i tried reading a bit about it but still i don't understand. All help is greatly appreciated

how to setup your safehouses is very dependent on the rewards you wish to get out of them. Your best bet is to watch some youtube videos on the subject, like this:
