Bestiary 30% quality recipe

Does the bestiary recipe that makes items corrupted with 30% quality have any downsides? Can the items turn into rares or be deleted? Is it a normal corruption with all the usual risks involved or a special one?

That might be a better idea. But it's so random to get the masters where they need to be in syndicate.

I had the same question at some point, but after asking around some crafters in-game, and experimenting a lot myself with both unique and rare items (although weapons almost exclusively), I can say that it's perfectly safe mate, I mean, it will corrupt your item to 30% quality, but it won't brick it.
Edit: Note that I tried to NOT risk getting killed during the fight at the menagerie, using my better equipped character etc. Can't say what happens IF the character dies in said fight. " Thanks for confirming this. I actually failed a few times in the menagerie (i got killed) and if you fail nothing happens if i remember right. |
