Level 73 . Need help pls read!!

Hi all thx for reading.

1st of all im a nice witch build i can farm anywhere fast.

but i noticed that at current level not much loot is coming out. i ended up without maps and after yesterdays patch i farmed for 6 hours straight still no luck finding 1 map lvl 66 ..

then i see ppl with lvl 75 maps and i say i am doing something wrong ///

do i need rarity or quantity on gear cos i got nothing ?? maybe the rings andvarius?


any help much appreciated thx.


i spent all my loot on getting 20% gems now im broke .. farm for nothing everywhere i go no orbs no maps. pointless to play anymore thinking of uninstall. GG :D

+quantity will help you get more maps (and more currency). +rarity will get you more blues/yellows and uniques, but it won't cause more maps or orbs to drop.

If you grind Act 3 Merciless for 6 hours and come out empty-handed, you're doing a lot of somethings wrong. Even just IDing and vendoring trash blues should net you a decent number of alts, in addition to any currency and tradable items that drop.

I see people trading lvl 66 maps for around 1-2alc each all the time. They just boosted map drop rates, so if anything, that price should drop

If you're really desperate, and despite astronomical odds you are just not getting any drops from grinding... Just level some alts and sell the valuable quest reward gems. LMP, Spell Totem, Blood Magic, Reduced Mana and Added Lightning Damage all sell pretty well.

Also, bumping your own thread twice within just a few minutes is really obnoxious. I considered not helping you after seeing the first one, and considered deleting this post to spite you after seeing the second. Basic forum etiquette, d00d.

Don't listen to this guy.
+quantity doesn't give you more mabs just normal drops.
maps aren't affected by +quantity .

there is no way to increase your maps drops out side of maps.

However, inside maps their is a significantly higher chance for maps to drop.

If you are short on maps you should always roll your maps to create as many monster in them as possbible, IE more chances for maps to drop. Look for things like larger area, more monsters, area ihnibited by, area is a maze, more magic mosnter, etc ,etc.

I did 3 66 maps today and got 5 maps.
