Vaal Ruins Crash

Hello. Today I tried to open a "new" door in Vaal Ruins and get crashed. Of course, there were pack of monsters, and they just killed me when I tried to restart a game. It was no disconnect after crash. As a result - my 48 lvl duelist (Corgain) is a default character now. I know that my character cannot be moved back to hardcore, but it will be great if you can tether client closing/crashing and instant disconnection from server.

Today my party member crashed too. But we spot that game crashed after walking through opened doorway, not after door opening.
