Arctic Armor MTX, Yeti Mask not displaying properly. (Part 2)

Arctic Armor, and the Yeti Mask, have once again lost their shine.

This issue has occurred before, and it was fixed After a few patches in Delve leauge, but it broke sometime within legions release.
