I traded a Carcass Jack today and did not get scammed

I want to share this strange thing that happened to me today. So this guy was selling a 6 link Carcass Jack for 5 ex, went to trade and he put in the trading window a 6 link Carcass Jack with the exact same colors and stats I saw on poe.trade.

So I moved the mouse over the Carcass and after I made sure it was the right item, I put the 5 ex and pressed ACCEPT, then he pressed ACCEPT and we made the deal.

This really happened today to me, sadly I didn't record it but please believe me. Thanks for reading.

What is this game coming to? I'm honestly appalled that someone would do such a thing to you. I suggest you report him ASAP.

Ok GGG. Just why the hell are you choosing to do nothing to replace trade chat with a real working way to trade. Fuck the whole "we don't trading to be too easy"! That's just a bunch of BS for not giving a rat's that trade chat is total garbage and has to be replaced (GGG should have done so long ago). What's wrong with you GGG? I will not financially support you any more until you fix/replace trade chat.

There's one thing they don't give a rat's ass about... your withholding your support.

Shockingly I've done numerous trades today as well without any of the reported horrors or shocking outcomes. It's almost like there is hope to not be scammed. I noticed that I can actually verify what people are trading me before clicking accept much like you did. This must be some new feature they put in since it would be pretty hard to be scammed with that in place.
