Physical Risen Vaal Advocates dont use skill

Vaal advocates of the physical variety just impotently flail their spears around instead of using their physical laser skill when its off cooldown. they use it but nothing comes out it seems. quite disappointing with the physical stuff in this patch.

To reproduce, get physical vaal adovocates and just use them. watch as they use the mortar attack fine but cannot use the laser.
