Cannot access Merciless Labyrinth in Standard

I am level 72 and have completed all previous trials.

The Merciless Labyrinth is not accessible, getting a message "You must have completed all trials and previous labyrinths..."

I even re-ran the previous labs just to make sure and I still can't access The Merciless Labyrinth from Aspirant's Plaza.

Any help or guidance is appreciated!

Ask a friend to activate the Merciless Labyrinth with you in party and see if you can access it this way.

Btw, the character level requirement for Merci Lab is 50. The Labyrinth Activation Device only indicates the respective area level.
