Is there any lightning degen in the game?

I have a build that converts 100% of lightning damage taken from hits to fire and I was wondering if that meant it was safe to completely ignore lightning resistance.

Yes there are some sources such as Shaper´s beam (beam is elemental dot consists of three elements) or Shock and Horror (lightning beam) maybe others I can´t think right now.

" First of all, Degen =/= Hit. So even if there was Lightning degen (which there is none Edit: Apparantly there are like 2-3 sources of Lightning-DoT), it wouldn't be converted by that stat, because as allready mentioned, it is no hit. Second: Yes.
