game is frozen. UI still works. can't click anything.

my game freezes completely every time I log in. the UI can be opened and everything looks like it works (shows mouse-over), but I can't interact with anything other than the button to close the game. this is a brand new problem and it has me REALLY upset as I cannot play at all now.

ditto. get into the game, everything immediately freezes or can just move around/click on things. tried multiple gateways

same here, freezing until timed out right after game is open. UI works
