Looking For Red Skill Gem Supplier Somewhere Between Part 1 Act 2 to Act 5?

Somewhere after Act 1 up to Act 5 met in game NPC vendor/merchant who stocked numerous red skill gems only iirc?

It's worth noting (since Siosa is missing some gems) that in Act6, after the quest Fallen from Grace, you can go to Lilly Roth to get ANY skill gem in the game (at lvl 1, excluding drop-only gems)

Yes, Lilly Roth was the missing red gem discovery last night. I now, in theory, have all the gems I need through level 70 and beyond--we'll see about that. Time to start changing out my wands and armor dating all the way back to Acts 1 and 2. The end of Act 5 boss took two return to checkpoints before ending. Anyway, thanks.
