Is it possible to substitute the corsair building supplies each costs 60 points and 12 of them will be quite a huge sum

Yes you could replace them with any generic wall... I would recommend playing around with it with more Tsuni Shrines. I made this hideout for myself to make use of the dozen corsair supplies I got from mystery boxes and never thought it would grow to a point where others were asking me to post it online.
