Greater Spell Echo with Glacial Cascade and Blade Vortex

Hello there.
Pledge of Hands was reworked recently and Greater Spell Echo Support doesn't work well with some skills. I tested many AoE skills, and many of them get "50% increased Area of Effect per Repeat" effect (i don't know about more damage) but 2 of them not. Glacial Cascade and Blade Vortex after 3 (or 4 with Spell Echo Support) repeat doesn't get increasted AoE (may be damage too). In tooltip both skills have Greater Spell Echo Support icon (h). So it's must work with it.
