Barrier Between Battlefront & Ebony Barracks Remains--Part 1 Act 3 Finished...

Just finished and ready to start Part 1 Act 4 and barrier between The Battlefront and The Ebony Barracks is still in place. Checked both ends (I think) and nothing has changed. Is this permanent--it never opens??? Thanks.

Don't think they're ever connected. If you mean the bridge, you get to that later in Act 8.
